For men, the shrunken suit of seasons past is loosening up, a relief for many because the tight look is hard to pull off. “I think it looked like you were wearing your 12-year-old nephew’s suits,” said Himel. “It’s not like ’80s, huge and with pleats, [but] the hems on the pants are going down. Everything’s getting looser and drapier now.”
